The staff made things easy from the start, greeting us warmly and helping with check-in, small requests, directions, and transport. They were attentive throughout and always had a smile. Inside the hotel it was quiet and peaceful, even though the Convenient Grand Plus Hotel is near Suvarnabhumi Airport, which made it a convenient stopover. Our family room was roomy enough for luggage and moving around, and it was clean, fresh, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and it felt relaxing after a long travel day. I had an excellent stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'd recommend it to families, people in transit, or anyone wanting reliable comfort and great service near the airport. I'll definitely stay again.

My other hotel's booking had been cancelled, and I arrived in Bangkok at 3:00am stranded. I could walk straight in and get a room. It had a large double bed and private bathroom, and within five minutes I was asleep in a luxurious room. Thank you.

The room trouble was the worst part. The water heater kept tripping off even after staff tried fixing it twice, so they moved us to another room. The shower was coming apart there, though, and we ended up staying put and taking cold showers. Housekeeping also missed our request for toilet paper. When we came back, it still hadn't been replaced, so I went downstairs and got it myself. The night shift at the lobby counter wasn't friendly when we asked for help. My family has worked in hospitality, so this was a really disappointing experience.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, which was nice. Still, I wouldn't get into the pool: the water looked much worse than I expected. The shower wasn't hot enough either, and its head was leaking. Also, the taxi ride from Suvarnabhumi Airport took about 11 km, not the 4 km shown on Agoda.

After a long flight, it was easy to relax in this room. It was spacious, tidy, and very comfortable, and the cleanliness stood out right away. The air conditioning kept it nicely cool. I was really impressed.
