So Boutique Serviced Apartment

I'm on day three of a 14-day quarantine stay, and I need to warn other foreign guests away from this service apartment. There is no room service. Staff told me to order from the 7-Eleven app, but registration requires a Thai phone number, which I don't have, unless you have friends who can order or drop things off for you. There's no English channel, staff don't seem to speak English, and the food arrives cold. There's no microwave in the room. The room itself is okay for me, and all rooms have a balcony. I could recommend the place if they improved the service, for example by providing room service and a microwave.

I'm here for sports events at Assumption University, not quarantine or Covid. I've already been staying four days and have another four to go, and I'm enjoying it. The place is more like a service apartment or condo. The rooms are clean, the WiFi is good, and there's a kettle and fridge. They don't provide smaller things like a hair dryer or iron. Staff are friendly and helpful, so ask if you need cleaning or fresh towels and sheets, since those aren't changed daily. For food, there's a riverside restaurant on the main road about a five-minute walk away, and another behind the hotel, maybe ten minutes on foot. I've included photos of some nearby food. The hotel is an excellent place to stay.

Day four of quarantine, and I wouldn't recommend this place if you can find another option. So far, every meal has arrived cold and seems to have been prepared off site hours earlier. You're not allowed to order food in. The room was dusty, with a layer on the fridge, worktop, and floor that makes me question the cleaning. The bed is okay, the balcony is small, and the view is nice. Internet has worked okay so far. There's no cable or satellite TV, so bring a laptop or books.

At checkout they still tried to charge us 900 thb over a small stain on the sheet. I washed it out myself with soap and water. That's not okay, and it's a shame. This was a hasty review, but I can't recommend this ASQ hotel with a clear conscience.
