The room and hotel are thoughtfully designed, with solid wood details and lovely long windows. But our stay was very poor. Mosquitoes had infested the room, and we ended up pitching our tent just to protect ourselves and get one decent night’s sleep. Communication and customer service were poor, too. The water in our room was shut off late at night, and we had to call them in the early morning to get it fixed. We’d been traveling through Thailand for two weeks, and this was our first and only bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless these problems are addressed.

The room had a pleasant, authentically Thai design, but the TV didn’t work and there was hardly anywhere to hang or store clothes. We booked for six nights because of the beach and snorkeling, then found a red flag on the beach. Staff said we’d need to take a taxi somewhere else to snorkel, since there was no snorkeling there. The staff weren’t helpful, there were no beach towels, and the restaurant was practically nonexistent. Our breakfast omelette was undercooked, and a cat and dog bothered us through the meal. We weren’t happy and left after one night, but the staff said we couldn’t get a refund for the remaining five.

It’s in a beautiful location, with the beach right outside the front gate. The accommodation was excellent and the price reasonable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A wonderful resort, though it is a little run-down.

The beach is amazing, and the resort has nice bungalows nearby. Breakfast was okay, and the staff were friendly.

I loved swimming in the pools, and Keeree Wareee Seaside feels like home. The location is fantastic. I hope to come back soon.
