We couldn’t stay despite having a confirmed booking because Agoda had made a duplicate booking, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The manager, who was at reception, kept apologizing and made sure we were comfortable in the lobby while we arranged another hotel. They even wrote an apology letter that turned out to be useful documentation for my travel insurance. Their response gave me the impression that this would have been a hotel with great service. I hope things go well for them, and I’ll try to stay there next time.

The rooms were basic but very clean. It’s a genuinely local Thai area, where people speak only Thai. The people were nice.

The staff were professional and helpful. It’s a quiet residential area with a 7eleven right next door and some shops within walking distance. Our first room looked modern and nice, but the aircon didn’t work well, so check that it’s running properly. The rooms are huge and spacious, but also very noisy. You can hear every word your neighbors say.

The staff at Travis Hotel were respectful, caring, and welcoming, and the rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and amazing views. I had a lovely stay here twice in Bangkok with my mum and dad. Thanks to Travis hotel for making my first trip to Bangkok unforgettable. I’d definitely recommend it.
