The resort hired me with machinery to prepare the land for construction in 2010, but they still haven't paid me in full. I've asked about the money and got no response. Management is ignoring me, and my staff don't know anything about it. What should I do?

I really liked the place, especially the lovely weather and the natural surroundings, which were great for relaxing. I'd go and stay there again if I get the chance.
