Burnt Oak

The bedding smelled as if it hadn't been washed, and there were no towels, soap, or drinking water in the room. The bathroom was still wet when we got there, and even the lobby smelled awful. We checked out after just an hour because we couldn't stand it. I won't make the mistake of booking before reading reviews again. Avoid this hotel.

They cancelled our fully paid booking when we arrived at the property and asked us to cancel it ourselves. We weren't the only guests affected, either. Other people's bookings were cancelled at the last minute too, ruining their trips. The owners were rude and irresponsible. I'll boycott this motel forever. Please avoid it when visiting Bangkok.

The lobby was dim, and there was even a mouse running around in it. In the room, the furniture looked old and things weren't very clean. The TV didn't work, and there were no basic amenities in the room or bathroom.

I paid in full through the Agoda app, but they cancelled my booking. The rooms are really dirty and smelly, and security isn't good. I don't recommend this motel.
