The juristic office is efficient, which isn’t surprising since the building is managed by sansiri's Plus Property Company Limited. Some staff speak or understand English well, and the residents are friendly. In line with Sansiri's general policy and Thailand's law, short-term Airbnb stays of less than one month aren’t welcome. There’s a small 7-Eleven on the ground floor. The condo, pool, and gym are kept in good condition. Since the building is near flyovers with a lot of passing cars, I prefer the indoor pool because it shields you from possible dust.

There’s just one building, with limited parking, though it’s enough. It can get pretty crowded here.

The views are breathtaking, and the condominium is nice and clean. It’s also friendly for kids.

We rented through Airbnb and got the apartment for a great price. It had everything we needed, even a washing machine. The building is newer and has security, plus a large pool and a small gym with enough equipment to stay in shape during a couple of weeks there. There’s a 7/11 downstairs, and the train station is a 10-minute walk away. From there you can get to the main places in Bangkok.
