The location worked well for me, right by Digital Park mall and the BTS line. I booked a private room for three nights on the day I arrived after my previous hotel fell through. It did the job for the price, but the TV didn't work and there was no WiFi in the room, only in the common area. The bed was okay, and the hot water was a plus, though I found bugs and creepy-crawlies in the shower. A private room here is pretty much what you'd expect for what you pay.

The staff were honest and really friendly, even when I checked in at 3 am. My room was spacious and had everything listed, including a good shower, fridge, TV, and AC. It's away from the center, but well connected. Getting to the center by bus takes about 30-40 minutes. I'd recommend it if you don't mind being out of the center.

The shared bathroom was always clean, but none of the water heaters worked. I stayed one night in the cheapest room, and it was okay for a short stay. Even with the rooms separated, you can hear noise from the room next door. Mine smelled damp, and the metal shelf had mold on it.

The single room itself was fine, but that mattress is rock hard. If you have back or shoulder trouble, expect a miserable night's sleep. It feels like there's just a blanket between you and the floor.

I didn't stay the night. The room hadn't even been cleaned when I arrived, looked nothing like the photos, and the whole building felt stuffy. The place was badly located, and the staff barely spoke English and weren't much help. The one good thing was that they agreed to refund me 🥲.
