The location was convenient for Terminal 21 and the BTS, but the rest of the stay fell short for us. I booked two rooms together and had asked for higher floors or rooms away from the road after reading about poor soundproofing. That request wasn’t met, and the rooms weren’t even next to each other. Noise was unbearable throughout the stay. One room had a small door or window facing the main traffic, so the outside noise was loud and constant and really disrupted our rest. The pillows were too flat and soft to support us, which made sleeping uncomfortable. We also found the toilet heater hard to adjust. With the noise, room assignment, and comfort issues, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly, and checking in was super quick. It’s about a three-minute walk from Asoke BTS. The room was nice, though the bed felt a bit firm, and being close to a busy road means there may be some traffic noise. Guest friendly.

The room was clean and the amenities were ready, and even though the large Sukhumvit and Asok roads are close, it wasn’t very noisy, even in the daytime. It’s good enough for a short stay, with BTS and MRT Asok within walking distance, as well as Terminal 21, M sphere, Emporium, and M quarter.

We booked 11 nights, from 10/19 to 10/30, and I usually wait until I’m home from holiday to leave a review. But after just five nights, Connex Asoke Hotel already deserves a mention. It’s a boutique hotel with a great location and outstanding service. The staff are extremely friendly and speak English well.

I couldn’t sleep at all during my two nights here, and had no energy left to enjoy the rest of my trip. The room is right above a busy road, with cars, motorcycles, and tuk-tuks making extremely loud noise day and night. The soundproofing is completely useless. This is the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
