The woman on staff was lovely, friendly, and enthusiastic. We booked dorm rooms for four and had two bathrooms and two toilets right outside our room, which was very convenient. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Bangkok.

The room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel felt clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I thought it was very good value. The Companion is in a good spot in Bangkok. I’d recommend staying here.

My private room was really big and had a proper window. This is a small-house style budget hotel, and it was a great place to stay. The BTS station is only a few minutes away on foot, with convenience stores and local food stalls nearby. The soi is very busy, though, so getting around with big luggage can be a bit awkward. It’s manageable if you know Bangkok 😊

We stayed in the room for two and really enjoyed it. The hostel is neat, and it was a comfortable, safe base for getting to know the local area. The lobby and living rooms have cute decorations, plus games for rainy days. The setting is unusual, in a good way.

The rooms are huge and gorgeous, and the staff are lovely. The value for money is hard to argue with, and I’d happily come back. One downside was that the room was cleaned only once during our seven days. There was also machinery noise from the workshop next door between 8am and 6pm, so sleeping in wasn’t really possible.
