The Cosy River

I paid a 27,000 baht deposit for a three-month stay. When I moved out, the owner said I’d get it back within a month, but that time passed without a refund. I followed up several times by email and phone and got no response. Later, someone else told me the deposit had been kept because of alleged damage to the room. I disagree, since the issue they referred to was already there when I moved in. This was stressful and disappointing. Future tenants should document the room’s condition at check-in and confirm the refund terms before renting.

The rooms were comfortable and convenient, just as described, and the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s in a friendly Thai neighbourhood, away from the Sukumwit, Khao San, and Silom tourist areas. I’d be glad to return and explore more of this part of Bangkok.

The staff were so friendly and willing to help with anything. I loved the cozy river, and the hotel is really well situated. My room was very spacious and clean. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely come back.

What made us feel most welcome was the staff. They were extremely friendly, kind, and accommodating, and took good care of us. We had a wonderful stay in a spacious, very clean room, and the location was perfect.
