There was constant noise around 3-4 a.m., and some rooms played loud DJ music late at night. With no proper soundproofing, getting any sleep was nearly impossible. The rooms are extremely small, the facilities outdated, and the air conditioner roared like a washing machine all night. This was easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. I’d tell anyone who wants basic comfort and a good night’s sleep to book somewhere else.

The receptionists don’t understand English well, which made it very difficult to talk with them, and they didn’t seem willing to understand. Room cleaning wasn’t done properly either. Even when I left the towels on the floor, they weren’t changed daily. There was no milk pouch provided with the tea bags and coffee pouch.

For around 7xx baht a night, the room was okay overall. The layout was a little unusual and the towels seemed old. The air conditioner was old too. There was a TV, but its remote batteries were dead, and I found mosquitoes in the room.

There was plenty of parking when I came for a seminar. The lobby and seminar room looked nice, but the facilities seemed old and not very well maintained. I also saw quite a few chipped plates, and the staff's management didn't seem very professional. I'm not sure whether that is normal for hotels in this price range.
