The swimming pool is superb, and getting around is easy. Paradise Park and Seacon square are nearby, while the new Yellow Line station is just a three-minute walk away. It was expected to open around the end of this year.

I’m happy living here. The concierge are consistently polite and helpful, and the garden and pool are kept in good shape. The corridors can smell a little musty because of the design, and the water pipes could use replacing, but those are my only real complaints.

We’ve had problems throughout our five months here. We paid 24,000 baht a month, plus water and electricity, and gave a 48,000 baht deposit, but the place wasn’t fully furnished and several things were broken. When we told the agent, they said we should buy replacements ourselves. Their English was also very limited, which made getting help harder. The service has been really poor, especially for Supalai park condo, which has such a strong reputation.

The rooftop is a highlight, with a beautifully kept garden and a huge pool. There’s a yoga room and gym too, plus plenty of shops, salons, and restaurants on the ground floor.
