It felt more like staying at a friend’s place than in a hotel. The room had thoughtful touches and the things I needed, including plates and a microwave, and it was quiet enough for a proper rest. The owner spoke excellent English, so communication was easy. I arrived at 1:00 AM, and the owner was there to welcome me personally and help me settle in. A bulb was flickering when I got into the room, and he replaced it right away without hesitation. I had a wonderful stay at 12/14 Home Studio. A peaceful, considerate spot in Bangkok for tired travelers.

I spent quite a while here, from 19 Dec to 4 Jan, and had a very pleasant stay. The price was really decent for the quality, and there are lots of food vendors and restaurants nearby. I’d consider coming back if I’m looking for a place in Bang Na again.

Quaint, clean and simple, with great value for the price. The location worked well for me, and there was easy access to whatever I needed nearby. It’s a short grab ride to the BTS, or a pleasant walk.

I stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. The room had a microwave, fridge and other amenities, though I booked the basic option, which had no windows. It’s about 2 km from the metro, with a 7/11 and food market just a minute’s walk away. The place was super clean, and the staff were quite attentive.

The location was pretty good, with shops and restaurants nearby and the action not too far off. My room was clean, the shower worked well, and the bed was genuinely comfortable. I slept well both nights. Check-in and picking up the key and main door pass were easy, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. There was tea, coffee and water, plus a microwave for heating up 7/11 food. It was affordable too, so I was very happy with my two-night stay.
