There's a 7-11, Family Mart, massage parlor, and ATM just across the street, plus plenty of taxis going by. The place is clean, the A/C works well, and there's a kitchen and laundry. I liked that it sits a little back from the busy street. The owner and staff sorted out a few reservation hiccups without trouble. There's no elevator, but since my SO has difficulty walking, they put us on a lower floor. I enjoyed the stay and would come back. It's right in the main part of Bangkok.

The place was peaceful and quiet, and the staff were friendly, though not speaking English made communication difficult. I stayed for more than a week. The lack of an elevator was a problem, and the nearest sky train stop is a mile's walk away. There's a 7-Eleven nearby. Because it's so calm, I'd suggest it for families.

I booked a room through Airbnb. It was okay overall, with a nice bathroom and coin-operated laundry, but the room smelled a little musty. The housekeeper came in without knocking, too. For the price, I could have had a better hotel room.

A clean, comfortable, budget-friendly place, especially for a group of four or five. There's plenty of space, a big-screen TV, a sink, a fridge, and a table with two seats.
