Being close to Don Mueang Airport was the biggest plus for me, saving time and the stress of Bangkok traffic, especially for an early flight. 48 Ville Donmuang Airport sits in a quiet alley and is a practical, good-value spot for a short layover. The rooms are clean and adequately sized, with the basics: air conditioning, a TV, a water heater, and free Wi-Fi. The decor is simple, but the beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nearby places to eat and convenience stores are somewhat limited. Still, if you just need somewhere to sleep before flying, the price and convenience make it a solid choice.

There’s free breakfast every day from 6-10am, which was nice, and the restaurant and cafe are pretty cheap with good-tasting food. The place was clean and worth the price, though the bathroom was a bit small. It’s about a 30-40 minute drive to the main part of the city.

The staff were so helpful, polite, and friendly that they could have earned 48 Ville five stars by themselves. Even the ones who don't speak English are easy to understand. I arrived after dark and stayed in, though I noticed plenty of services within a short walk. The room had a little damage, but it felt secure and comfortable, and the price was excellent. At first I thought the taxi had dropped me at the wrong place, but the lady waiting outside reassured me. Maybe other people have the same reaction. If I'm back in Bangkok in similar circumstances, I'd stay here again.

We were staying during a transfer, and were impressed with the place. It’s away from the city traffic but still close enough to the airport. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the room had a nice minimalist style. The food was great and priced locally, without the overcharging you get at some other hotels. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist, who assisted with all our questions. I couldn't fault our stay.
