A nice place.

The rooms are roomy and comfortable, with a modern look. You can walk to Victory Monument BTS station, and there’s a pedestrian street nearby for shopping and a stroll. Center One is close too, with restaurants like KFC, a dental clinic, hair salons for washing, blow-drying and cutting, and plenty more.

The building looks pleasant from outside, but living here has been a constant headache. Parking is a mess. When I moved in, I was told I could park, then the night guard started calling and telling me to move the car. If I need to go out, I have to ask them to move it. Even after paying for parking, people from the dorm and the dorm’s own cars still park there. The staff don’t help residents, and some speak rudely and insult customers. It feels like they care about collecting money and nothing else. The rent isn’t cheap, so why should I pay for parking with all these problems? There are also always little cockroaches in my room, and sometimes outside it when I’m at work. The advertised shuttle takes a very long time to arrive. Losing a key card costs 200 baht for a replacement, then they charged another 200 baht when I moved out, saying I hadn’t returned the full number I was given. If I lost one, I had to get a new one, and I already paid for that. It feels like they’re taking advantage of residents. After all this, I’m leaving. If you have a choice, find somewhere else. The rent is high enough without all this stress.

The room is mostly okay, but there are lots of small cockroaches. If you have a car, I’d look elsewhere. Parking is a constant problem, and the daytime caretaker and night guard seem to give completely different answers. I’ve been told I can park, then called by the caretaker and told to move the car right away, with no warning. They keep calling even when I’m in a meeting, away, or abroad. The most recent call came at 8 PM while I was working. I said I couldn’t move it, but they insisted, disrupting my work and causing a lot of trouble. The way they speak on these calls is inconsiderate. The guard initially said parking was allowed, then the caretaker said it wasn’t. There’s clearly no proper communication. The guard even yelled at and complained to the tenant, though he was the one in the wrong, while the caretaker leaves tenants to sort it out themselves. It’s frustrating and upsetting, and it’s affecting my mental health and work. Now I have to move the car again.
