We enjoyed the hotel's café and food, and would think about coming back next time. We stayed one night. The room was good, and the bed was a little firm, but felt good for my back. There was a bit of water leaking in the bathroom.

The staff were friendly and the restaurant food was good, but the hotel's cleanliness was a big drawback. We received torn towels that were brown and stained. There was lots of bird poop on the balcony, and despite asking several times for towels and for it to be cleaned, nobody came.

My layover was extended, and I needed somewhere to sleep for a short stay. They were able to accommodate me at short notice when other places wouldn't. They even had their own airport shuttle to take me back to the airport late at night.

The staff were really service-minded and helpful, especially in the restaurant. The room was quite okay and the beds were fine. I hadn't expected much because the photos didn't look great, but the reviews said people were surprised. I can see why. The pool and the little river beside it make the place feel cozy, almost like a small island getaway. The location is fantastic, about 10 minutes from the airport, though you can really hear the planes. The neighborhood has loads to do, with shopping malls, local markets, restaurants, small shops, 7/11, and massage places. We spent two days there and it felt like a little vacation. Best part, the pool is SALTWATER !!! That's a big deal.
