It’s a retro-style hotel tucked into a quiet courtyard, but still in a good spot. The metro is nearby, so getting around the city is easy.

You can get to the BTS in about ten minutes at most, so the location feels fairly central. The rooms are great for the price, with everything needed and a bed I slept well in. There are also several washers and dryers on site that guests can use themselves for a small fee, which is a real plus. The downside is that they won’t let you into your room before 2pm, whatever the circumstances. The cleaner also wasn’t very helpful. She wouldn’t even wash the two glasses, and a tip didn’t change her mind.

Nothing fancy, just a quiet budget hotel. The room was clean and big enough, but the shower was awful, barely more than a trickle. Still, it did what I needed.

Most of the staff are kind. One woman wearing glasses, though, is really rude and seems to get annoyed for no reason.

If you need to stay in this part of Sathorn, it’s good value. Empire Tower is a five-minute walk away, and British Embassy and St. Louis are about ten minutes on foot. Chong Nonsi BTS is a nine-minute walk.
