The rooms were spacious and tidy, but the bathroom was stiflingly hot. The air conditioner was too far from the bed to cool the room properly, and the Wi-Fi kept failing. The hotel is also far out in the city, which made finding a cab difficult. We arrived at 8 pm and were supposed to check out at noon the next day, but staff asked us to leave before then. The service wasn’t great.

We waited outside for an hour without any help when we arrived. There was nobody at the reservation desk, even though the hotel says it has 24-hour service, and no one picked up after I called at least 20 times. It caused us a lot of trouble, and I’m extremely frustrated. I didn’t even get a refund.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and cute, with little balconies, and it’s good value if you want to stay in this area. I’d happily come back.

The bed was hard, and the blankets were stained, filthy large towels. When I walked in that evening, the staff stared at customers like chickens and were rude and unwelcoming. Their attitude was awful and not suitable for customer service.
