Marriott Executive Apartments, Bangkok Townhall Sukhumvit

That old tree beside the waterfall gives the pool a special, peaceful feel, even though you’re right in central Bangkok. I spent time there and found the whole area beautiful, green, quiet, and cared for. Everything felt clean and thoughtfully put together. Meow was warm and attentive, and A took great care of me too. The welcome at reception and from the concierge was relaxed and professional, so I felt looked after instead of processed. Nothing seemed rushed or treated like a chore. The luxury here is understated, and the people make the place even better. I’ve heard the rooms are lovely too, which wouldn’t surprise me after seeing the shared spaces. I’d recommend it if you like calm surroundings and genuinely good service.

The gym was excellent, and the lobby and rooms were better than I expected. The service was lovely too. Suacewan welcomed me at check-in, and housekeeping kept everything spotless during my stay. I’ve stayed at Marriott hotels in the U.S., Canada, and Thailand, and in my experience Thailand does the brand especially well. This property is a good example. I did have mosquitoes in my room, perhaps because it was on a lower floor near the trees and pool during a humid season. I also saw some flying out of the bathroom, so I suspect a few were staying in there. Kie, the duty manager, dealt with it promptly and professionally, then followed up afterward. Getting around from the location is manageable, though that was my one small drawback. Overall, it’s a very good hotel and worth a stay.

Rin was so thoughtful and kind, and her attentive service made our stay feel special. She even decorated the room for us. We really appreciated the care she showed, and had a wonderful stay. Thanks for such a great experience.

The 2 Bedroom Premiere Suite is huge and worked really well for a family. The kids loved the pool, and dinner and breakfast at Seva were excellent. Thanks to Chef Golf and the service and kitchen teams for looking after us so well. It’s a convenient spot in a great neighborhood, a perfect little Bangkok hideaway. Highly recommend it for a family stay.
