Beam was friendly and patient when I checked in at night, and Aum Aim was sweet when I checked out. It's a budget hotel in a great spot, right by phrom pong BTS, with a 7-11 nearby for everyday needs. emquartier and emporium are close too for shopping.

A great base if you're staying around Sukhumvit. Em Quartier is only a minute away, and the train station is even closer. There are plenty of food options on the way to the hotel, while the spot itself stays central and quiet. Auaim, Lisa, and the cleaning lady were all welcoming and accommodating. I plan to stay again next time I'm in Sukhumvit.

It's cheap and the location is convenient, close to department stores and the BTS, with two small 7-11 stores nearby. Local breakfast is served just outside in the morning, and there's a busy Isaan food stall at the door at night. It's not marked on Google Maps, but give it a try. The service is very good, and the air conditioning gets really cold. The room doesn't ventilate well, the facilities are old, and the shower is poorly designed. Water splashes out of the tub and soaks the floor. Still, for the price and location, don't be too picky.

A nice little hotel tucked into a corner of Soi 39 Alley. The front desk team, Lisa, Witt, Aumaim, and the very nice late-night guy, were friendly, professional, and helpful. It's a prime spot, about a two-minute walk to BTS Prom Phong, with EmQuartier and emSphere nearby. Don't miss the excellent fried chicken stall on weekday mornings before 9am.

I've stayed here a few times now and have been happy with the service. Ms Lisa and Ms Aumaim at reception are friendly and helpful. I'll come back.
