The room door handle was coming off, the toilet seat was broken, and there was no way to shower. On the morning we checked out, there was no water in the washroom. I’ve never had so many problems at once. The worst ever. I didn’t check the reviews before booking. Terrible.

We checked in, saw the condition of the room, and checked straight back out. The walls and sheets were dirty, the curtains had stains, and there was mould in a corner. We booked somewhere else and left. Absolutely disgusting, avoid it at all costs. It’s a cesspit.

Great location, within walking distance of a shopping mall. The hotel serves Indonesian food, and around 80% of the guests were Indonesian travelers. The hotel is small but beautiful.

The staff were kind, but the room was a definite no. It was dirty and too small, the air conditioner dripped water, and the blankets were so old they were almost see-through. The washroom was dirty and stained too. The location is in the center of Pratunum mall and other malls, but the hotel itself is tucked away at the back of the building.

For a quick rest during my 16-hour Bangkok layover while traveling from China, The Cozi Inn was decent enough. It isn’t a well-known or highly rated hotel, and the room was basic, but it was acceptable and the location was convenient enough for a short stay. It wasn’t luxurious, though it served its purpose when I just needed a few hours of sleep in transit.
