Hue Condo is a peaceful spot away from work, and the room is so quiet you can’t hear the BTS train pulling in right next door. It’s directly under Punnawithi BTS station, so taking the BTS and MRT is convenient. Ekkamai is four stops away, while Asok and Nana are about eight stops along the same line, with no need to change trains. There’s also a balcony if you want to have a smoke and a beer. The two AC units cool the whole condo down, almost like living in an igloo while Bangkok’s heat rages outside. It’s a good layout for a weekend getaway, and Hue Condo on Sukhumvit soi 62 is easy to reach from the main Sukhumvit road. The whole condo usually goes for 1000 baht, depending on the season and whether there’s a cleaning and service fee. For food and essentials, turn right from the entrance toward the main road and walk about ten minutes to Hillside Town small mall. There’s also a tasty Thai beef noodle soup stall along that route. Walk into soi 64 for five minutes to reach a 7-eleven, about eight minutes total from the condo.

It’s a quiet residential area, with the BTS station right outside. The Emporium and Asok business district are about 15-20 minutes away by BTS. There’s a 7-eleven and Cafe Amazon across the road, and True Digital Park, with its gym, food court, restaurants, and Top supermarket, is six minutes away via the BTS sky walk. A large Tesco Lotus is two stations away, and Udomsuk has lots of local food and a market.

What kind of condomenium is this? The juristic management is lousy, and the tom boy officer is a problem. Around 80% of the gym equipment has been broken for years with no repairs. The lobby AC has been out for over six months, and the washroom never has hand wash liquid or toilet paper.

The jurisdiction office “manager” gives no assistance. She has no customer service skills, is rude, ignores tenants’ needs, and doesn’t follow up on problems. She’s never in the office, and even sleeps at her chair. What’s the point of having someone work there?
