We had a good holiday stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and in good condition, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location made getting around easy, so I’d stay here again. The downside was that we couldn’t check in early, and late checkout wasn’t offered, which felt unusual for Thailand hospitality. In room 604, hot water could take up to 10 minutes to arrive.

Bangkok has nicer hotels, but this quirky one had the most character. It was a little tired, though spotlessly clean, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The location was excellent, and the staff were polite and helpful, especially Leam. We stayed two nights last week and are looking forward to coming back at the end of our Thailand trip.

The Thai contemporary atmosphere and lovely background music featuring compositions by His Majesty King Rama 9 made our stay memorable. Everyone on the staff gave excellent service, and we were truly impressed by the room upgrade for my husband and me. After many years of returning to Thailand, this was one of our most memorable experiences. We’ll definitely come back.

We loved the delicious complimentary appetizers that came with our stay. The rooms were spacious, and the staff were attentive with amazing service. It’s a beautiful place to stay in Bangkok, with malls within walking distance. Traffic can be busy, so I’d recommend taking the train.
