The staff were super friendly, especially the waiters and waitresses at both the lobby lounge and Time Out pool bar, where I felt comfortable. My room was good, and we had a lovely Executive Suite after upgrading, with Club benefits too. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

The restaurant food was really tasty, and the pool was good. The gym has equipment, and the rooms are cleaned every day. The front desk staff were professional, and the hotel administration was good across other areas too. Their English was fair, but they did their best to make sure I was well looked after. Honestly, stay here if you’re visiting Thailand.

The room was big, with plenty of space, a nice view, and good cleaning. Check-in and check-out were quick, and luggage storage was available. The fitness center was decent, with modern machines and dumbbells, plus a sauna, though I didn’t try it. It’s in the main business area near All Seasons and Wireless Road. The bathtub was quite high to climb into for a shower, which could be difficult for some people. My air conditioning seemed to switch on and off, and I couldn’t really adjust the temperature even though the displayed number changed. My name showed on the in-room phone, which felt a little uncomfortable if you care about privacy.

The room amenities were very nice, and the bed was really comfortable. I was upgraded to a suite and had no complaints about the room. I just wish the air conditioning had been stronger or done more to dehumidify the space. Room service was attentive and helpful. Both the calamari and tuna salad were excellent. The pool was a decent size, though a bit cool. Drinks at the first-floor bar were poured a little heavily, so I might have chosen beer if I’d known.
