The building is new, from 2024, and the rooms are clean. Fashion Island, The Promenade, and Home Pro are all a short walk away. The Pink Line monorail is nearby as well. It could also work as a base for Safari World, Panya Indra golf club, or Minburi attractions like Kwan Riam temple market. For regular tourists wanting to be near inner-city attractions, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The mattress was hard, and the room didn’t have a hair dryer, teapot, or kettle.

At the price I paid in July 2022, this seemed like a good choice. The hotel is clean, though the plastic bed sheets get a bit static-prone. At night you need a key card to get in and out. There are two malls nearby with lots of food choices, and the safari is close too. Since it’s in a residential area, you won’t need much English, and you can enjoy the scenery and local breakfast options.

There weren’t any tables or chairs for eating or working, and the room had no drinking glasses, coat hangers, or kettle for coffee. It’s down a small alley and is just okay as a place to sleep. For this price, I once got all of those things at Aim House, Charoen Nakhon.

The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel is conveniently close to a shopping mall. I was very impressed with my first stay here. It would be nice to have a bath mat and some more tissues, but overall it was great and I’d definitely come back.
