The closet has a musty smell, and I keep hearing noise in the morning. I don’t know what causes it, but it sounds like someone dragging a table or cleaning. I can sleep if I manage to put it out of my mind, but the noise bothers me because it keeps me from sleeping every morning.

For 600 baht as a walk-in, the room had a refrigerator, kettle, and Smart TV. It felt airy, and the back of the room, on the inner side of the building, was private. Best of all, they didn’t ask for a deposit! Checkout is just dropping the key into an invisible box. Just kidding! I can’t find where to add more pictures to this review.

The room was old and very run-down, with a bed as hard as a board, no TV, and water that barely got hot. The night staff member, though, was very good and accommodating. We were a family of four, two parents and children aged 9 and 11. We booked by phone and arrived at midnight. The female staff member who checked us in was incredibly rude and kicked us out, saying the accommodation only allowed three people and claiming we’d told them we were a group of three. The number of guests never came up during the booking, and they must have seen all four of us when we picked up the keys. In the morning, we asked to extend for one more night, but they refused and told us to find somewhere else because a badminton tournament meant the place would be full. She said that if we arrived by noon, we should leave and find another place. If the owner is going to hire someone like this, they shouldn’t bother hiring customers. Don’t stay here!

The service fee is 3,500 baht a month, with a 500 baht cleaning fee, and you have to sign a six-month contract. Higher floors cost less. The owner is friendly and gives information throughout the day. You can call, but LINE messages are slow, so it’s best to phone right away. The security guards are friendly too. They recognize you, take your belongings, and remind you to bring them. It’s close to the main road, so catching a bus is easy. There’s a market nearby, food is easy to find, and you can order delivery from 7-Eleven. Parking, a large wardrobe, a drying area, and a private bathroom are available. There’s a refrigerator for 200 baht a month and an automatic washing machine for 40 baht. The bed is five feet wide, and it’s recommended that you bring your own sheets. There’s a dining table, but the chairs are in poor shape and make your back hurt.
