I really miss staying here and hope to come back with my family. It felt like home, and the service was so good. The owner understands English well, though it helps to speak slowly because fast speech can be hard for him. Get to know him and be kind, and you may find a good friend who'll help if you're in a jam. There’s a seafood buffet outside with really good food. I think the owners are from Vietnam. A 7 eleven is close by, and I think the skytrain has been completed, so getting into the city is easy. The area is good for saving money, too: food is Thai priced, there's a big market about a 10-minute walk away, and you can take the bus, which I think costs 10 baht. Grab is another option for a taxi or motorbike, and I think a ride into the city was around 100 baht for me. They also sell beer with ice at the guest house if you want some before heading out. Great place if you'd rather spend more of your budget on beer 🍺 😆 😀

There's plenty to explore around here, including good street food within walking distance and the Indy Market at night, which is worth seeing. The area gave me a different view of the city, and the host was kind and helpful. It's not a fancy stay, but the price is great. If you're okay with taking the bus, two stops just a few meters away can get you pretty much anywhere in town. A good choice if you aren't set on the usual central tourist spots.

The quiet and easy access to Sathorn and the main roads were a real bonus for me. Anurak is great, and the management is always willing to help. The service was excellent.

Anurak, the owner, was kind, attentive, and always ready to help. He speaks English very well. For a different side of Bangkok away from the tourist areas and backpacker hostels, this is a good place to stay. The nightly price is great value.
