We had a confirmed reservation but were turned away when we arrived that day. I can only assume from what happened, but it seemed possible they might cancel at the last minute if they could sell the room for more. That’s my personal guess, not something I know for sure. It seriously disrupted our trip, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you need reliability or peace of mind while traveling. If you do book, get written confirmation directly from the host or property before arriving, or have another plan ready instead of relying only on the platform confirmation.

I slept really well here. The bed and sheets were my favorite part, and the neighborhood was quiet. It’s also in a great spot, close to a 7-11, a supermarket, and a few good local restaurants. Really the best value hotel in bangkok.

Staff got combative and aggressive when I complained about the room. Most rooms apparently don’t have a toilet with a sink. The bathroom is just a wet room, with no tub, tray, or even a curtain, and felt like a prison shower. The sink for brushing your teeth is in the room rather than the bathroom, and there’s no mirror behind it. I also saw lots of spiders, as pictured, along with rusted fixtures and a lack of basic things you get at other hotels.

The room was lovely, clean, and convenient, and there’s safe parking. Staff gave good service. There’s a restaurant on site, a 7-11 nearby, and getting around is easy. ☺❤👍🏻
