I wasn’t staying here, but I used the laundry service. For 100 baht you can run the washer and dryer, up to 7 kg. You have to buy detergent at seven eleven, which costs about 10 bath. The receptionist helped me use the machines. I think the owner should consider making laundry a business there.

The room wasn’t in good condition, and the stay was disappointing. The AC remote didn’t work, which was inconvenient. The room quality and maintenance need to improve.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location made shopping and getting around easy. My room was clean and the bed super comfortable. Everything felt just right at Paradise in Bangkok Hotel. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

After we were pickpocketed at Pratunam Market, the owner, Shaheed, and the whole restaurant team went out of their way to help us through a stressful time. Their kindness and compassion meant so much and restored our faith in humanity. The food was absolutely delicious as well. It’s rare to meet people who treat customers like family. They turned a bad day into a memorable one for all the right reasons. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for both the food and the good-hearted people. Thank you!

There was no TV or intercom, and smoking wasn’t allowed in the room. I found cockroaches and lizards inside, so please pesticide the room. The room wasn’t suitable for a stay and didn’t feel worth the price. Online the booking looked good, but it wasn’t like that in person. I’d advise checking the room before you check in. We were paying to come on holiday and relax, but once we saw the room, the owner wouldn’t cancel and refund the payment. That left us with no option but to stay, even though we’d seen better places at the same rate. Please give customers better facilities.
