The hosts were warm, responsive, and available around the clock. We found the apartment cozy, and really enjoyed the large panoramic window and the city view at night. The complex itself is nice, with spacious shared areas, four elevators, a clean pool, and a small but handy gym. Though it's quite old, it's well maintained and still looks good. The location is good but not perfect, since taxis sometimes have trouble stopping nearby. They didn't provide trash bags. We also had a really unpleasant morning when a cockroach crawled on my husband while he was asleep, tickling his fingers with its antennae. The bed linen had visible stains too, which was disappointing.

The Art Deco feel gives this place some charm, and the staff were welcoming. It was built around 2010 and isn't the newest condo now, so the pool and gym feel a little dated, but they're clean and work fine. A good option for a quick stay in the heart of Bangkok.

Even though the room is a little old, IVY's elegant, luxurious design still comes through. Its classic look and comfortable accommodation make for a refined place to live, with a sense of lasting quality and style in a prime location.

I spent three nights here on a short trip to Bangkok. The common areas are well maintained. There's a huge pool on the fifth floor, an excellent sauna, and a gym that's below average. The building is on sukhumvit 55 road in the thong lor region, and it seems to be mostly short-term stays now. There are excellent coffee shops, cafés, lots of places to eat, and a 24/7 7/11 right across the street.

The lobby air conditioning is the only real downside, it doesn't cool the space well. The employees are enthusiastic and very kind, and the room is spacious and pleasant. The interior and sofa are a bit old, but everything still works fine. Check-in isn't available early. The residence itself is large, and smoking is allowed on the Balgoni. Getting around from the airport is difficult, though there's a 7-Eleven across the street. A famous Michelin Jokbal rice bowl restaurant is a five-minute walk along the southern road. The pool is small for a building this size, around 10 meters, but it's nice for photos with the nighttime view behind you. Hotel transfers are a bit inconvenient, but everything else was fine.
