Getting around was easy, just a few minutes’ walk from Phrom Phong BTS, with a 7-Eleven across from the hotel and lots of restaurants nearby. We were very happy with how convenient the location was. We booked an Executive Room. It was clean throughout, even the sofa chairs, and came fully equipped with an air purifier in the bedroom. The air conditioning cooled the room very well. All the minibar drinks were free, a nice extra. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant had a fairly limited selection, so sometimes we went across the street to the noodle shop instead. Go early if you want to avoid a queue.

Check-in was smooth, and they welcomed me with a free fruit hamper, nice! The room was spacious and, most importantly, clean. Service was great whenever I needed anything. First stay here, but I’ll consider coming back on my next Bangkok trip. Thanks!

The location near the BTS and Rung Rueang is great, and rooms are quite cheap. But the hotel feels old. The corridors have no air conditioning, my aircon was noisy, the toilet is very basic, and the door doesn’t close by itself. The TV had one of the smallest channel selections I’ve seen on my travels. Hospitality from the staff was negligible too.

It looks beautiful in the pictures, but not in person 🥹🤧. Some employees don’t speak English, and some don’t even have basic manners when speaking. Hospitality was basically zero. The mattress sags, and the mirrors are dirty and damaged. This place needs repairs and deserves one star, not four. The breakfast photos were all fake.

I visit Bangkok often, and this is hands-down my favorite hotel there. I keep choosing this place on Sukhumvit 26. The rooms are spacious and have cozy couches by the windows, and every room now has an air filter, a nice touch. The area is lively, with massage parlors and Japanese restaurants all over Sukhumvit 26, and the BTS is a 10-minute walk away. Bangkok’s main entertainment areas are reachable in 30 minutes. There are no guest fees, which is a big plus. It costs a little more than average for the area, but the quality and convenience make it worth it. Everything just works.
