Arte Hotel

The only snag was the AC, which didn't get cold enough. I tried changing rooms, but the other room had the same issue. Otherwise, everything was great. The staff were nice and courteous, and the location is good, right beside Terminal 21. There are lots of places to eat, both local options and in the mall, and a night market nearby.

Arte Hotel is conveniently close to Terminal 21 and within walking distance of both the BTS and MRT, which made shopping, dining, and getting around easy. I had a very enjoyable three-night stay. The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable for relaxing after a day out, and the gym was functional and well maintained, with enough equipment for a good workout. The staff were amazing throughout. A special mention to the porters, who greeted guests warmly every time and were always ready to help. I'd definitely recommend the hotel for its service, rooms, and location.

I would have stayed longer, but it was fully booked. I've stayed at plenty of Bangkok hotels in this price range, and this one's among the better ones in my opinion. The rooms are cleaned well, the location is very good, and I love the swimming pool. The staff are helpful and friendly. Shout-out to Nge, who looks after the rooftopbar and pool Area. She's insanely friendly and does everything she can to make you feel welcome.

We felt relaxed coming back to the spacious, modern rooms after busy days. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the rooms had what we needed. The hotel is in the heart of Sukhumvit, with BTS and MRT stations a short walk away. It's central but tucked away enough to feel quiet. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and ready to help, which added a personal touch to our great stay. Arte Hotel offers good value, and we'd happily stay again on our next Bangkok trip.
