Artino Hotel

I booked two nights but left after the first because I couldn't sleep. At 4 AM, people were laughing, shouting, and talking loudly in the hallway. I called reception, and they just told me to go back to my room and said they'd “notice them.” The noise kept going until around 6 AM. It completely ruined my trip, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a peaceful, restful stay.

You can hear everything through the thin walls, from other rooms and even other floors. Talking, footsteps, plumbing sounds, all of it kept disturbing me, and I found it impossible to sleep. The rooms are poorly insulated, and management doesn't seem to care about guests' comfort. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in. I'd never return and strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you value your rest.

I spent seven comfortable nights here. The room was spacious and clean, the service was great, and the staff were kind and helpful. After I checked out, I realized I'd left my own pillow behind. They kept it for me and gave it back, since my office was right next door. Thank you so much. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Bangkok.

I'm only two days into a four-night stay, but the care from the staff has already made this one of the most thoughtful and impressive hotels I've stayed at. I mentioned the fridge wasn't very cold, and within minutes someone came to check. Shortly after, she returned with a colleague and a fully working fridge, and they swapped it in and set it up right away. When we ordered food online, the receptionist happily helped bring it up and even brought plates and cutlery. At another well-known hotel, I was charged extra just to get a spoon for outside food. Housekeeping also noticed I'd finished the bottled water without me saying anything. They replaced it with one in the fridge, where I prefer it, and one outside. And after I arrived early and went out to explore the neighborhood, I came back to find my luggage neatly placed in my room. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Bangkok.
