The staff were exceptional, and the room was nice. I felt safe with the extra electronically locked doors. I stayed more than a week without any problems, and this would be my first choice if I needed a hotel in the area again. At Yaya is good value and right by Lak Song MRT station. It’s in an alley, which keeps things quiet but made taxi navigation tricky a couple of times. Getting a taxi usually wasn’t a problem. A modern shopping mall is very close, and the parking lot looked convenient, though I didn’t use it. My minor gripes were no hot water kettle and no microwave, which I consider extras.

A very clean, basic place that did the job for a stopover. There wasn’t a chair, so I had to sit on the bed. The bathroom had no glasses either, so I rinsed out the coffee mug to use after brushing my teeth. Simple, but clean.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room rates are cheap. It’s a very nice apartment and I’d recommend it to everyone.

I stayed in room 101, right beside the door, and it wasn’t noisy. The place is on a short side street near The Mall Bang Khae. There’s a 200 baht key deposit, payable in cash or by bank transfer. The lady running it is very relaxed. The bed was comfortable and smelled clean, and the air-conditioning was cool without being noisy. I slept deeply. The TV has Netflix, YouTube, and more. Of the places I’ve tried around Bang Khae, this one is much better. Clean, convenient, relaxing, and comfortable for sleeping. I’ll definitely come back.

I stayed for a year and wasn’t disappointed. It’s clean, safe, and peaceful, and the staff service is great. There’s a washer on every floor, a large rooftop for drying clothes, and a huge parking lot. Go left on the street for The Mall and the MRT, or right for the hospital and market. Highly recommend it.
