There were ants all over the room, and they bit me. They crawled into my suitcase and bags. I’m very disturbed by how poorly the room was kept. I was on the 6th floor, and on the first day an ant bit me in the bathroom, though I didn’t think much of it then. The next day, when I looked closely at the floor, I found ants everywhere. I filmed the ants and the room itself so there couldn’t be a claim that the video was taken somewhere else. I had to urgently move to a room on the 9th floor, which thankfully had no ants. The front desk staff were generally polite and worked hard. Whenever I went to the counter, they stood up to talk with me, and that deserves credit. But I was extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness. The “Clean Stay” phrase at the entrance feels deeply ironic after this experience.

We’ve stayed here four times before and will be back. The breakfast was very nice, and we’re booking again for next January. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room faced the traffic, so it was a bit noisy. A special thank you to the receptionist who took a photo of my wife and me outside the hotel on 13 January. I didn’t get her name. I told her it was our anniversary, and she kindly brought two coconuts to our room. That was lovely.

The staff were so sweet and understanding, and the room’s air conditioning worked great with different settings on the remote. The hotel felt luxurious, but the price was actually really good. There’s a 7 eleven right next door, and the swimming pool was amazing, though it closes at 11 p.m. Breakfast cost 100 baht and had lots of different options included. We had to shorten our stay because of an unexpected change in plans, but we’d definitely come back if we get the chance. We enjoyed it so much and recommend it 💞💞
