I watched another guest slip down them and hurt herself badly, banging her legs and spine several times even though she was holding the bannister and walking carefully. She had socks on, since guests are asked to remove their shoes. Going barefoot seems less slippery. They should add anti-slip tape, perhaps the clear kind, let people wear shoes, or put up a sign warning that socks are slippery. Guest safety matters, and spinal injuries can be serious. Aside from that, the place is nice and clean. The staff are friendly, though a bit hard to find.
