After a couple of months here, I felt staying was a mistake. The neighborhood is like a ghost town, and although the BTS is close, there aren't any restaurants nearby. For good food, you have to take the train. The corridors feel scary too. At checkout, they made me pay for a blown light bulb even though the manager said it wasn't new when we moved in. Apparently it was just bad luck that it went during our stay, but we still had to cover it. They also wanted 300 baht for every little wall stain and said we should've reported stains before moving in. Seriously? A stain wouldn't tell us whether the room was livable. For the price, the location and room amenities aren't worth it. You can get a better place for the same money nearer the city center. Do yourself a favor and avoid this SELF serviced apartment.

I wouldn't recommend staying long term. The sofa was so dirty that I wondered when it had last been washed, and the toilet bowl had yellow stains. The rooms aren't well maintained, and the price feels too high for somewhere so far from the city center.

The staff are really helpful and friendly, and there's a nice cafe on the ground floor. I usually choose this place for longer visits when I'd rather stay away from crowds. Once the construction next door is finished, it should be much more peaceful.

I spent two years living here and had no complaints. The rooms are lovely, with a Spanish hacienda look, and the staff were always helpful. I'd recommend it, especially since it's close to Punawithi or Bangchak BTS Station.

This is an apartment, with lovely rooms and a beautiful pool. The price is a little high, though, and there aren't any restaurants nearby.
