Baan hotel has a lovely traditional Thai feel, with the kind of old-fashioned hospitality that made the stay feel like a little time warp. The whole team made an impression, from manager Thongbai to the housemaids and night security. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. I heartily recommend it.

The rooms are spacious for the price, and the staff are so friendly and nice. It’s handy having the BTS and metro stations nearby, plus a 7eleven close by for small purchases. I love this hotel and would book again in the future. 100% recommended ❤️

Bangkok was a wild first-time experience for my partner and me, but Baan Sukhumvit 18 felt peaceful and homely. The location was perfect for getting around, with everything within walking distance and both the BTS sky train and MRT underground train right nearby. Staff went above and beyond, offering recommendations that really helped. The room was cleaned daily, the place stayed tidy, and the air conditioning worked well. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We came back to stay here three times during our Thailand trip. From Sukhumvit soi 18, it’s about a five-minute walk to the sky train, underground and malls, and 7-eleven is just a short stroll away. The rooms were very clean, and the laundry service was fast. The staff were amazing, especially the manager, who did more than expected to make our stay memorable. Thanks for such a lovely stay, we’ll definitely return!

A pleasant stay in a clean room, with polite, friendly staff. It’s a nice budget option close to asok BTS station, nightlife and local restaurants.
