We needed visa documents printed and scanned, and the manager and receptionist were happy to help. They were both really nice and accommodating. We stayed three nights, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. We highly recommend the place.

I cut my stay short because sleeping here was difficult. Noise came through from the room above and the one next door, with doors slamming constantly. At midnight, I had to ask the night staff to stop banging the sliding door to the stairwell because it kept waking me up. The room also smelled musty, and the bathroom was very basic. The day receptionist was very nice, and the location was okay. There was no view from my room, but a 711 was at the end of the alley.

The location worked well for kids and families on a budget. There's a large market beside the hotel, and you can take a free ferry to the big mall. The hotel itself is great value, and the two reception staff whose names I can't remember were amazing. They really tried to accommodate our requests. We'd come back.

At checkout, they charged me a fee over a dirty bedsheet they had given me. It had been tucked at the foot of the bed where I couldn't see it. I noticed a stain on the sheet on the second night, but ignored it.

The place was clean and the staff were very kind. One thing to know: the hotel's street is narrow and has very little lighting in the evening. The hotel name isn't on the front door. Enjoy your stay.
