This was the worst hotel experience of my life, and it was my seventh hotel in just 10 days. The receptionist demanded 1000b in cash as a key deposit. She said paying by card would mean waiting two weeks for the money to come back, which I wasn’t willing to accept. I explained I had no cash and had lost my physical credit card, then asked what else I could do. She told me, “I gave you 2 options, take it or go away.” When we asked for a refund, we were told we’d lose the payment as a no-show, even though we were standing right there. We eventually got the cash and went upstairs. Mytrip had booked 7 more rooms for a group of 9, 7 adults and 2 small children, one visibly sick. The same receptionist cancelled all those rooms, leaving them outside at 11pm, including the sick children. The policy she relied on was clearly different, as the photos show, and the retaliation felt inhumane. Agoda was willing to refund us after seeing that the policy should have been disclosed beforehand. There were other problems too: they charged for the coffee in the room, and the bins had used underwear from previous occupants. Between that and the plain old evil rudeness, this place shouldn’t be open to the public. The hotel lost 8 very expensive rooms for two weeks because of its outrageous behavior toward us and the stunt with the other group. Book somewhere else.

I stayed in this service apartment for a week and really enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious, look new, and housekeeping does a thorough job every day. Everyone was friendly, especially Ben the bell man. The kitchen came stocked with pans and crockery, though there was no dishwashing liquid. The beds felt a little too soft for me, but I was happy with my stay. It’s a great deal in an amazing location. Thank you!

The view from the hotel was lovely, and my room was beautiful and clean. Check-in was really quick, and getting around from here is convenient. The service was very good, and I’d happily come back. The staff member's name was pipe.

Even with a confirmed reservation and full payment, the hotel wouldn’t let me check in on arrival day and gave no explanation. I had to find somewhere else at short notice, which cost me extra money and added a lot of stress. The front desk staff were extremely rude and dismissive, and didn’t seem willing to help. Absolutely my worst experience. Avoid this property.
