The hotel is clean and quiet, and the price is great for what you get 🇹🇷❤️🇹🇭. Two sisters run the place, and their employee is a smiling young Thai girl. I always support women business owners. Women are much more successful than us men.

A really quiet hotel, and not far from Lumphini MRT station 💌💌💌

There aren’t good facilities or rooms, but if all you need is somewhere to sleep at night, it’s okay. It’s cheap, it cost us only 600 bhat, and it’s close to Bangkok’s happening places. The metro is about a 15-minute walk, so getting around isn’t a hassle. There’s no lift, so you’ll need to take the stairs, and I’d avoid it if you have heavy luggage. I didn’t find any bed bugs, though some people have complained about them. The receptionists are quite helpful.

The rooms are tiny, the service is pretty atrocious, and street noise will keep you awake. The location is okay because it’s close to transportation, but there’s no elevator. The Chinese lady Fam scammed me for 1500bht. I walked in and put 1500 down toward two nights a week later, then realized later that day I needed to make a change. I called but no one answered, so I went back and found the doors closed at 7pm. The next day, I spoke to Fam, who refused to refund me because she said she’d already made the booking. I asked for credit for a future stay. She wrote me a slip that was valid for 30 days, and I was confident I could book two nights since I had three weeks left in the country. When I tried to book, I called over and over and still got no answer. Once I was back in Bangkok, I went in to talk to Fam again. Surprise, the only two nights I wanted were fully booked, but they had a room available after I left Thailand. I asked if she could help in any other way, and she basically refused. Fam basically made the easiest 1500bht. I was rabid, but what else could I do? I had no recourse. I told her I’d leave a bad review and warn others about her terrible customer service. Check my reviews, I have many and they’re always fair, but this bad experience was a first. Foreign travellers, beware of this business and the lady running it. Book through the site. I just learned an expensive lesson, and I’ll consider it a lesson learned.
