A nice, clean room.

There’s a motorcycle taxi stand right outside, and the market and convenience stores are close by, so getting around is easy. The dorm is clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with security around the clock and management you can reach anytime. A quiet, tidy place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it.

The rooms have plenty of built-in storage, and the beds and cabinets are built in too. The free Wi-Fi is quick enough for shows and games, water pressure is good, and the soundproofing works well as long as you’re not out on the corridor balcony. The housekeeper cleans the corridor regularly. I can’t tell if it’s daily or weekly since I’m often home late, though I do notice it on weekends. Management responds through chat within 24 hours, especially in business hours, and they’re friendly and helpful. The guards recognize residents and let you know when a package arrives. The building and rooms look just like the photos on the dorm’s Line account. There isn’t much car parking, but there’s room for motorcycles, and there’s even a fat cat downstairs. If your budget stretches to it, this is a great place, especially if you have friends to split the rent with.

The place is otherwise great, and the caretaker is lovely and sorts out problems helpfully. My concern is the covered motorcycle parking. I’ve seen guards from both shifts park there every day, sometimes overnight, while residents have to take turns or park elsewhere. Once I rode out and a guard immediately took my space right in front of me. Those spots should be for tenants, with guards parking outside. The guards also spend much of both shifts on their phones, despite having chairs in the shade. Could management look into this?
