Asma made a real impression on me. She was always smiling, kind, and professional, and did more than expected to help me feel at home. The room was comfortable and clean, and the atmosphere was calm. The hotel was well organized, with excellent facilities and a great Bangkok location. I'd happily return and recommend it.

There are plenty of places to eat around Citrus 13 Hotel Bangkok, from street food to international options, so the fact that its restaurant isn't operating right now hasn't been an issue for me. I'm curious to see the new one when it opens. The rooms have stayed clean and well looked after, and the price is good for this part of town. I've been coming back for years because the location works so well. Soi 11 is a short walk away, and going through Ambassador Hotel Bangkok makes it easy to reach restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment. It's central but still comfortable and relaxed. After all these stays, I expect I'll keep choosing it whenever I'm in Bangkok.

Nooma was such a warm, attentive hostess and always ready to help. The staff were friendly and professional throughout. My room was spotless and beautifully maintained, and it felt modern and very comfortable. Citrus Sukhumvit 13 by Compass Hospitality is close to everything while still being peaceful. I'd gladly stay here again.

The staff were really helpful and made sure I had what I needed, and I enjoyed the stay. The location worked well. The bathroom felt a bit old and worn. On the rooftop there weren't many sun chairs and there was no bar, though maybe that's because I visited in February, outside the high season. Fair value for the price.
