Bed Station Hostel Khaosan

The dorms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, with privacy curtains and good AC. Bathrooms were spotless, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. The hostel has a great mix of party atmosphere and comfort: the bar and pool make it easy to meet other travelers, while the location is just a short walk from Khao San Road and still quiet enough to unwind after a long night out. Luca deserves a special mention. He brought great energy, had fun conversations, and was just a great person to hang out with. I had an amazing stay at Bed Station Hostel Khaosan. Highly recommend it for a fun, social, comfortable stay in Bangkok!

My partner and I had stayed at bed station before and always told friends about it. The rooms are nice, there are plenty of people to meet, and the locations are good. But after this visit, we won’t be recommending it anymore. It now costs £20 a night, when I paid £6 on my last visit two years ago, and then there was a 500baht pub crawl on top. It feels like it’s lost its charm. The social events were quieter this time, and the rooms felt quiet too. I wouldn’t recommend it to solo travelers anymore. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but it’s a shame to see how the hostel has changed :/

The beds were comfy, everything was clean, and each one had a big locker to secure your things. The staff were really kind, and there’s a super cute cat too. It’s a party hostel, with something on every night like music quizzes, bingo, and karaoke, and the pub crawl was a fun way to meet people. But there’s more to do than party: my friend and I had a great day on the walking temple tour, and they also run market trips and cooking classes. The location is 10/10, a short walk from Koh San Road so you’re close without being right in the middle of it, and near bus routes. I’d definitely recommend it.

I can’t say anything about the rooms since I didn’t stay there 😆. I joined the pub crawl and we had a great time at three different bars, all with top notch music and a great vibe. I think it runs every Tuesday. One of the staff, maybe Sandy, led the group as the “excursion leader.” You get a shirt, and I think there might also be a “family dinner” around 7pm.
