The biggest plus for me was the price: we paid 2170 baht for a room for four for two nights. It's a good, cheap, clean hostel with very friendly staff, and some speak very good English. Breakfast was very good, and the WiFi was okay. You could find somewhere nicer, but you'd have to pay a lot more. It may be too loud for some, with road noise at night. Some rooms also have low ceilings, so if you're over 170 you may need to duck in places. It's a very good choice for people on a budget.

Our three-person room was okay, but smaller than the website pictures suggested. The bathroom cleanliness was a major problem, along with the lack of staff. We were there for four days, and the shared bathrooms weren't cleaned until the morning we left. The trash was emptied only twice, so there was a horrible smell when using the toilet or shower. We only spoke with staff at check-in. We saw them maybe three times in total and never got a smile or hello. We stayed during Singkran, so perhaps the place is better managed outside the holiday, but I wouldn't recommend it.

We had a bad stay in the three-person room on the top floor. The bathroom didn't seem fully sealed off from the room, and mosquitoes got in while we were there. Hopefully it's been fixed since, but it wasn't a pleasant experience.

I slept really well here, the beds were great and it was peaceful. The staff were nice, breakfast tasted good, and the location was convenient.
