I booked through Trip.com, where private parking was listed as available. When I arrived, I was told there wasn’t any and was advised to park on the street instead. That didn’t match the booking information. I also found the elevator inconvenient because it doesn’t stop on the floor, so guests have to carry their luggage up a flight. The room looked old and poorly maintained, and the bathroom wasn’t clean enough. I noticed ants, and the water looked unusual, which worried me. I chose to leave immediately without staying. The staff response didn’t feel helpful either. This was a very disappointing visit that fell short on basic comfort and convenience. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t stay here again, and future guests should check the details carefully before booking.

The room equipment was old and broken, and the Thai employees seemed not to care about customers, just passing problems on to other people. Customer service was bad, and nobody wanted to take responsibility. Even the female Thai manager was very emotional. This is an apartment, not a hotel.

The room wasn’t clean enough, and the air conditioner didn’t cool well. Most of all, it was far too noisy, making it a very poor place to sleep.

A basic small hotel with a lift, right next to the Emerald Hotel. There’s no pool, gym, restaurant, or other facilities. It’s within walking distance of Big C, the Street, Huaikhwang nite market, and the metro station. Seems best suited to business trips or short stays.

The room and toilets were dirty, and the water wouldn’t flow. It was a really bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to customers. 😩😩😩
