They gave me a “special rate” for a long-term stay that was twice the published rate. It's a nice place, but it doesn't seem sure whether it's a budget stay or a resort, and ends up being just okay at both. Really disappointing. I do think it could be good for kids, with the kids' pool.

The one-bedroom studio is lovely and big enough for two people.

The location and the exterior color are the only good parts. The room is awful: rain leaks through the ceiling, the electricity bill is expensive, the AC is broken, and the faucets and shower hose leak too. I reported the problems and got no response. They made repair appointments but never showed up, so residents were left waiting. I've never experienced anything this bad. Everything about it is awful.
