Convenient Resort

We arrived a little late, but the staff had no trouble cooking us a lovely Thai dinner. It was very tasty. The room was good and had a large bed, and the hotel is close to the airport. There’s also a small mini market with most things you need when traveling, plus an airport shuttle at a reasonable rate. We’d stay again.

For the price, it was well worth it. The room matched the listing, was big and clean, and had a decent terrace. The hotel is under 10 km from Suvarnabhumi Airport, and I paid 150thb for a taxi. Staff were very nice and available 24 hours, and there’s a small shop for drinks, food, and ice cream. A 7/11 is across the street, along with a large food court open until 8 pm. I gave it four stars because the pool was dirty and the gym smelled awful. Everything else was good.

I got no sleep after staff mistakenly called my room three times during the night. They charged me 200 baht for an airport transfer, then later said I couldn’t leave at the time I’d booked and would have to wait half an hour. I ended up taking a taxi for 50 baht. The food was overpriced and no good, and the bed was lumpy. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, with no customer service. There are plenty of other places near the airport, and any of them should be much better.

The room was dirty, with dusty webs and insect cocoons on the walls, and the floor tile was damaged. It looked like the hotel had never been renovated, and the units seemed like they’d come from a dump. The bed felt like rock, the pillows like pieces of wood, and the sheets were stained. The AC worked for only five minutes before blowing damp, hot air. Please don’t repeat my mistake and book this hotel. It was an insane nightmare.
